Scott J. Campbell, MD, MPH
Founder, President, CareTrails
Dr. Scott Campbell earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, an MPH in Behavioral Science and Health Education from the UCLA School of Public Health, and an MD from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has served a broad range of local, state, national and public-private health policy planning efforts in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Dr. Campbell is a recognized expert in health service strategies focusing on patient throughput optimization and creative capacity carve-outs across multiple care delivery continuums. Dr. Campbell is a practicing emergency physician.
John Andrews, MD, MS
Dr. John Andrews received a BA in Biology from the University of San Diego, and an MS in Physiology and an MD from Georgetown University. Deeply experienced in clinical practice and the pharmaceutical industry, his primary focus is the development of efficient, high-quality teams and processes to benefit patients, physicians, and the overall health care system. Dr. Andrews is a practicing general internist.
Joseph Andrews, MD
Dr. Joseph Andrews received a BA in Biology and Chemistry from the University of San Diego and an MD from New York Medical College. He has worked in a number of clinical settings including outpatient, inpatient, urgent care, hospitalist, and residency teaching services. Dr. Andrews is a practicing general internist in a retainer-based medical model he both designed and implemented.
John Ludlow, MD
Dr. John Ludlow received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MD from the University of Southern California. He is an expert in hospital-based and freestanding surgical care delivery, and post-acute surgical care networks and their support systems. Dr. Ludlow is a practicing urologist.
Timothy O’Connor, MD
Dr. Timothy O’Connor received a BS in Chemistry from Emory University and an MD from the University of South Florida. He is an expert in integrated oncology service lines with extensive experience in the design and management of business optimization strategies for freestanding radiation therapy centers. Dr. O’Connor is a practicing radiation oncologist.
Richard Jelsma, MD
Dr. Richard Jelsma graduated Summa Cum Laude and received his BS in Chemistry from Dartmouth College and his MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. His interests in healthcare are focused on providing the highest quality of care at the most affordable cost to the patient, while preserving the physician-patient relationship. To that end, he is involved with building lower cost, higher efficiency medical facilities in which physicians are directly involved with managing the entire process. These efforts have included an ambulatory surgery center, dialysis unit, surgical hospital, free-standing emergency department, and a multi-tenant medical office building. Dr. Jelsma is a practicing orthopedic surgeon in Texas with a focus on sports medicine.
